I'm trying overclocking for the first time on my 9070xt PowerColor Reaper. I'm just trying to get a feel on performance in 3dMark Steel Nomad and saw that my Total Board Power reached a higher number than my TBP Limit.
Does it pose an issue if you break that limit? Or is the limit artificial.

It’s probably from transient spikes. If it’s not constantly going over then everything checks out.
Ex: set limit to 100w, it could spike to 105-110w for a millisecond before it is limited back down to 100w.
