Hi,

As the title said, I'm getting pretty low scores with that combo, just ran them again and I got 6826 – steel nomad and 7106 – speedway.

I wanted to undervolt/overclock and get a base but this seems low compared to every other score that I can see, and the average on 3D mark.

The GPU is a Gigabyte GeForce RTX 5080 AERO OC SFF 16G.

Any idea what can cause this or are there settings that I can fiddle with ?

I have a gen 4 riser and PCIE is already set on gen 4.

PCIE native power management got turned off due to really high error count in events viewer, but I was already getting these scores when it was still on.

    I am willing to swap my 4080 for your 5080 if that helps..my scores are higher.

    I had a low score with my 5090FE, i turned on resizable bar with nvidia profile inspector and now i have a score above average. I turned on rbar in the bios but that didn’t seem to work without forcing it with nvidia profile inspector. Maybe this could help?

    TBH these undervolt profiles would typically give lower than expected scores in benchmarks but in games you do see an improvement, this has always been the case for me unless I manage to keep temps as low as possible. I’ll give some examples, prior to my current build I was more of a gaming laptop guy, every undervolt would give lower scores than just moving the slider to the right but when actually in game it’s a different story for some reason, the only time I managed to get an undervolt profile to give me much higher scores than just moving the slider to the right is when I attached a cooler to my laptop and just went full blast during the benchmarks, I got waaay higher scores than I ever did, now with my 4080 I always get lower scores when I undervolt which I suspect is becausey GPU temp goes into the mid to upper 60c range, but during games I actually get better performance than stock, my next goal is to move my AIO to the top so that the GPU doesn’t get fed warm air from my front mount AIO, I want to see how much this will drop temps and if it’ll be enough to give me the same results I got on my laptop
