just upgraded from 5 2600 to 5500 ( asrock b450-pro4f) but discovered that the vsoc on bios isn't the one applied to the system .
it stays stuck at 0.9785v no matter how the load is

what I've tried so far :
pbo on,off,auto
soc/uncore on,off
xmp on,off
updated bios the latest version
fresh windows install

p.s if i set vsoc using ryzen masted it works flawlessly
