What can i do here? It’s almost 3 weeks since tweaking. But still i get stutters in game specifically call of duty warzone. I am so frustrated lol!

Post the first screenshot at a readable resolution to start.
In my experience a 5700X will rarely do +200MHz boost clock combined with Curve Optimizer below -20. You usually get clock stretching or intermittent instability. Try less undervolting, see if your game stuttering improves.
Also try dropping your SOC voltage if possible. 1.23 is quite high for Vermeer chip, high SOC power consumption makes the CPU run hotter and eats into the power budget for the cores.
