The fk, it's my first time I saw this devil breaker.(I thought thumbnail was a moded skin). Nvm, it's a dlc that's why I never saw it💀

Originally it was a region locked dlc, pretty sure it's that. Plus you can get it consistently in DMD as you can only get dlc breakers lying around.
I never used them so I have like 20 something lol
