  1. Roulette luck is based on overall likelihood. If you want a more steady basis for win values, go for greens. Higher luck tended to land me better results with green.

  2. Maybe the reason the luck stat isn’t doing much at first is because your sample size is too low.

  3. I believe 100 is too small to get a average luck amount. about 10000 should give more consistent results.

  4. Blackjack is the true stand out at any casino, the deck seems to contain primarily Aces and Kings, and the dealer has a crush on you so they keep sneaking you good cards whenever you hit.

  5. Black jack is where luck shines. I think I only ever lost one in one hundered hands with a 10 luck charcater.

Not sure about slots, because I don't even trust those in real life and never played them in game.

  6. No clue about the stats but I tried to see if I could limit break the gambling cap at the Vicki and Vance casino (which you can only earn 2500 caps at) through roulette. If you gamble just up until they kick you out and put a fat bet on a 35-1 odds spot eventually it WILL hit. Made about 10,000 more caps than expected.

  7. Having programmed these things, it can be a bit tricky. Especially as you see the ball move. If the physics are totally detministic then they can make you win more by choosing the seed before the roll, but maybe the physics system doesn't support it? Could be they deemed to too much effort to do "right now" and then forgot/didn't bother to implement.
