There are some death barrier issues on this fight, but this looks like you got hit by the big explosion.
You need Quick Revive. On solo, unless you have QR, you take damage from friendly AI — and on CO-OP, the same thing happens if you’re the last one alive.
A bug that went unnoticed, sadly.
why are we seeing so many of this exact post recently and they keep posting instead of googling it?
