Is there an actual way to fix this in game, sometimes when the new world loads in, it goes back to normal but most of the time it doesnt (the parachute stays up and the whole hud goes away)

Try getting on a bike.
Try getting in a car. swore that’s how you fix that and the glitch where your screen is upside-down.
