This is a bit part of why I think mini PCs should not be anywhere close to the price of a laptop of similar spec. You’ve got no screen, no battery, no battery charging+power delivery and no keyboard. The boards and casing are much smaller physically. All this should amount to some savings, instead most mini pcs are the same price as a similarly specced laptop.

I mean, what did you expect? Full-size PC components? Its a Mini-PC, not a Tardis…
I really like the fully fanless ones that use their entire metal case as a heatsink (usually called “industrial”), too bad they’re kind of rare and expensive for the kind of components you get.
