On the left will make your desk feel more open just make sure the exhaust is far enough away from the wall.
Wow. So minimalist! Maybe I would put some plants on the table. It feels bit empty but I would put the PC to the right.
I honestly really like the minimalist setup. I think if desktop is in back left, it makes your whole setup look really clean.
