So this has started happening randomly, sometimes its fine and other times I see mild Artifacts and just now this happened as well. What do I do ? Is my GPU dying? If yes how can I be sure of it ?
P.S – Before coming here a friend asked me to run Time Spy Test from 3D Mark and during the test, it came to desktop with 3D Mark showing an error has occurred with some error code in red colour (meaning the test failed?).

Welcome to the matrix

Sorry man, your GPU is going to the great server in the sky.

I doubt it will help, but people reported getting artifacts when using Chromium based browsers (Brave, Chrome…), so you may want to try Firefox.
Judging from your video however, it seems more severe, mist likely a faulty GPU.
I’m sorry but your gpu is cooked.

Make sure to test all Display Port/HDMI ports, another cable as well as a second monitor if you have one before you throw the GPU away. I’ve had similar artifacts with just a bad cable/port
your GPU is probably done for, those black spots are called artifacting and it means it’s about to go belly up, really hope you have warranty for that thing
clean the GPU
if it still happens well get a new one
Either your GPU is failing or your house is built on top of a uranium ore vein.
It’s an attempt to break out of the simulation.
We need you in the 6th dimension, please, come back.
update drivers, restart windows, see if it still happens
if it does, start saving
Magnets!!
there are 2 possiblities:
1. your cable is damaged
2. your GPU is on it’s last working hours
Sorry for your loss, but this is the time you should be looking at a new GPU

You know that feeling, when you sit wrong and your hand, arm or leg fals asleep… this is the same thing but for your PC.
My condolences, may your GPU rest in the cloud.
