My first PC will be here on Monday and I want to hit the ground running with programs and games to download once I get it set up.
What sort of first day installs would you guys recommend? Obviously Steam but I'd also like to appreciate my PC as a powerful and useful tool (hopefully for profit someday) and not just a gaming device. Any and all advice would be appreciated.

This is a meme right? That 5700 is barely faster than 3700x and 16gb ram is way too cheap for such a setup.
