I remember seeing screen shots of a version that could off road, but I haven’t seen them in game yet.
Otherwise, yes. Or at least best car in game. Great visibility, reasonably fast, can park anywhere, and is small enough to weave in and out of traffic like a motorcycle (which I have a hard time controlling).

I find that the slower cars are generally easier to drive than sports cars. They don’t go fast enough to slide on corners.
But I now use an Xbox controller to drive and that made most cars pretty drivable, plus adjusting the settings.

Small enough to weave through traffic but I closed so you don’t go flying if you crash. Plus it’s cheap as hell. It’s not “the best” car but it is the best car for dollar ratio
