The camo has a low glow on the orange parts. You don’t need to collect 1M treats but only need to complete all other reward which will add up to around 300K treats. I got it really fast by doing the Zombie respawn mode by looting and when I die and respawn as a zombie I don’t focus on respawning but rather looting far in the zone where most things are not looted since all people are in the circle. It took me about 2-3 hours to get.
