The CPU VDDCR voltage is high and doesn’t match with the specified value.

Hello.
As the title says my VDDCR CPU Voltage is high and doesn't match with the specified value. I set 1.2v VDDCR CPU Voltage, but according to BIOS my VDDCR CPU Voltage is always around 1.471v.
