Type 63 is much more op. It’s the pre-buff SKS but with ridiculous RoF, and SKS after buff is a noob semi-auto.
Somehow technically that’s the case because the Type 63 was technically based off of the SKS
Not really, the Type 63 is a Chinese variant of the SKS and can use AK47, AKM and AK74 mags

Not exactly the Type 63 is an AR and not Marksman rifle. It was developed by the PLA with the hardware (model) of SKS but with the Inner Mechanism of the existing Type 56 AR (Chinese AK copy).
