I wish enemies had cyberware like that they would use against me. Some random voodoos and tiger claws would sandy me, and malestrom would sometimes super jump but no one really uses the shit I unleash on them. Smasher was like the only one. Wish the game had on optional super boss or two like final fantasy games always had. Something way way way harder than smasher. Everyone I scan has all these impressive implants but they are all just the same difficulty, only the skull really matters and it just gives them more health.
