We have plenty of processing power. Developers need to stop skimping on optimization.

I don’t really see myself needing a more powerful GPU than my 4070 Super. Like, that’s not even the best current gen, but I see no point in the future where I’ll be like oh no this thing won’t let me play super raytraced godray shitting 5K ultrawide Call of Duty 17 at 144.

Best thing is, it has no competition. So nVidia can price it even at 3k$ and it will still fly of the shelf. Funny times ahead.

I hope they work on power efficiency for the 6000 series. Although I doubt I will ever buy a 6090 because it will be insanely expensive at that point.

I’m running a 7800X3D with a 6959XT which I got for €500.
It runs everything at max at 1440p. The only thing I don’t get is raytracing at max settings. But I rather save €2000 on that and do something else.
