Probably something for bus. Probably unused switch for bus. When you start tranzit, bus comes from behind the bus depot. You can see it theater mode when you start the game.

This is known, it’s just the trigger for the bus to beep and move from tranzit but it doesn’t work on any of the survival maps because, no bus.
