If it has watercooling, see if you can get software to monitor its pump & temps. And as others said, get the BIOS update that shows it’s got the [0x129](https://www.pcgamer.com/hardware/processors/intel-instability-fix-ive-seen-no-notable-impact-on-game-performance-with-0x129-patch-on-the-core-i9-14900k/) microcode or higher mentioned. Typically an update from August or later this year.
