Haven't played for a long time, bought the add-on, at some point started a date with Panam and upon arrival found that she had locked herself in and wouldn't let me in. Tried different saves – didn't help. The door just glows red. What happened while I was away? Did I not pay the rent?
Any way to fix it?

I’m 100% positive that’s not your apartment. Unless console version have different door to the PC version for some reason. The apartment Door is yellow and there’s no red light bar up top.
