If you want a relaxing game with a neat story, Cloudpunk has one of the best cyberpunk atmospheres, even being a voxel game.

The Ascent. It’s an amazing twin stick shooter that plays like diablo. It’s a hell of a game and they nailed the cyberpunk atmoshere. Great graphics, lots of violence and you can get it dirty cheap including the dlc.
