i think it was an old part of the map that was scrapped, because the northern side of the map past kerrys house and stuff was supposed to be bigger
Supposed to be a casino. The area was never finished and when they ditched the idea of making more than one expansion, they never did. Now its just a valley of unused potential left in the game to rot.
Though I have heard that modders are attempting to make something out of it. Could be interesting.

This area, Arasaka Waterfront, NC Penitentiary, the NID power plant, and one of the mega towers (4?) I think were all going to be used in planned DLCs
It’s a casino, never used in game unfortunately, but there’s a mod that tries to make it somewhat alive. It’s pretty cool.
As stated, that’s the unfinished asset for the North Oak Casino. If I recall, when I had infinite double jumps set on a mod, I went for an adventure.
The only other asset in the area is the terrain for the arasaka assault with the Aldecados at one of the endings.
I think it’s too the left of where you are sitting in the panzer and further afield.

that’s the NC casino, it’s part of a whole district of NC that has never been completed
They really should delete it from the map unless they have some skeleton team making it something to go to.
Just make it empty desert. That or just better incorporate it as some no-go rich person zone you can’t go to and just make it look integrated into the map.
