Ultra wide or dual/triple monitor set up?
I think ultra wide will set better on the desk shelf but I may just get a monitor arm anyways.

Get a single curved display. I never liked multiple screens. I upgraded to a 32″ curved widescreen and love it. Honestly I would go wider if the budget allowed for it.
