I am playing BO4 on PC with PS5 Controller on Battle.net and I was wondering if i could just plug in a cable and then plug into ps5 and it will work like that without steam or ds4windows?

I dont think anyone understands what youre asking..
You want to play BO4 on your PC by plugging a Dualsense controller in to your PS5?
??? Why would that work. Its plugged in to your PS5, not the PC
