This game seems to appear on the Xbox store every few weeks in the 'New' section. Different variants etc and it's so expensive. I just don't understand what it actually is, can anyone explain? Thanks

Afaik those are kind of shovel ware Resident Evil clones. There is lots of them and they keep making new ones, but also rereleasing old ones in different bundles just to get to the “new” section and bait people to buy them.
They only show up as new because the publisher keeps stuffing them into various new bundles, making it seem like the game is constantly “new”. They’re just shitty asset flip games.
If it’s too confusing to purchase, it’s probably not worth playing.
“The Fedora Files” is an intriguing title.
