I was having same problems half hour ago to I was bit naughty and had this mod running https://www.nexusmods.com/cyberpunk2077/mods/1436 soon as I deleted it seeing it conflicts with clothing it disappeared.

The new update FSR 3 / frame generation is having some bugs in cyberpunk. Try setting it back to fsr 2.1 or another or off completely.

I spent literally a year diagnosing this. And it would happen even when in vanilla – cleaned no mods, but it was random completely random reload the game and all was well sometimes on auto save I’d crash. What solved it for me was going to the BIOS and disabling hyper threading.

It was a clothing Mod for me. Npcs wearing some sort of clothes from the Mod. Also happened when my V wore it.

Reinstalling the game may help if you only disabled the mods. If mods did anything to the files.

I had this happen when I wanted to show my non-PC playing friend the joys of modding. Iirc it was NPC’s gone wild mod (all it seemed to do was cause some NPC’s to walk round naked).

Happened to me during a DLC scene in that big room with that huge machine. Restarting wouldn’t help and I physically couldn’t walk across the room
