looking for advice on how to build this kind of really low screen setups. (one single monitor – no arm?)

   Any decent monitor arm would allow you to place the monitor how you like.

   Monitor arms or possibly drawing pad stands. Be sure your display has good viewing angles if you’re going for something that extreme.

   Those setups are for CS hardcore players stuck in gold. But any monitor arm should let you do that.

   This is a horrible idea for your neck/back. The middle of your monitor should be at eye level.
