How easy it is to kill yourself in WaW. Raygun and traps are basically unusable.

BO3 micro transactions for the damn Gobblegums 💀

Shadows of Evil would be my favorite map if you could do the Easter egg solo
Burreattoe1
The collision on zombies being absolutely fucking terrible. Like, if they go through a barrier or spawn right infront of you, you are just stuck there. No going anywhere.
3amz
How weak the raygun is in BO3
YELEN00
Gobblegums system. I liked WW2 specialist abilities over gobblegums. Just because you had 1 and they weren’t op. In BO3 you can skip a round or get infinite lives for 3 full rounds. Basically shitty “god mode” for 3 round on solo.
Chicken769
Black Ops 2 not having enough BO2 weapons in the zombies mode
MaiqDaLiar1177
I do not like most of the reg guns in Black Ops 3. Futuristic weapons can be cool, but the ones in this game look & sound like cheap toys for the most part.

The zombies have clothes on
StonedPickleG59
The new point system sucks for highrounds and everything in general.

Enemy types that shoot projectiles or explode
So unpleasant to be constantly under fire. it doesn’t matter if they hit you or not it is annoying regardless
Mulderweeb
It’s a small thing but I think is a shame that you don’t see the door to pack a punch closing in front of you when you spawn in der riese in bo1, unlike waw.
Panda_PLS
Turning PHD Flopper into a gobblegum that only lasts a few rounds. Making explosive weapons pretty much useless.

I don’t like how many FUCKING STEPS the Easter eggs are.

The M60 was in Black Ops multiplayer and campaign but not at all in zombies except for an upgrade in Dead Ops Arcade. The HK21 is cool and all but I’m convinced I learned to like it more because of Zombies rather than it being a good gun on it’s own.
The RPK was fine, luckily in BO2 they learned their lesson and made the LMG’s GOATED with the HAMR and the RPD and the LSAT and the Death Machine
AXEMANaustin
Lack of solo easter eggs.
FriendlyGamer04
Knifing in WAW, its became instinct to knife during insta kills on early rounds, so most of my deaths are because of that.
MrMooey12
Not the biggest dislike but in bo3 I still wish we got phd in some form, and my stupid pick is Cold War spoiled me in getting to use however many perks so I guess perk limit even tho I know that’s a very controversial opinion among here

No official way of getting custom maps
If you want to guess which one’s my favorite, I’ll give you a clue: It has 50% Bad-Decent maps, 50% Good-Amazing maps.

Least favorite aspects of each mode
•WaW Zombies – The glitchy zombies
•Bo1 – The weak weapons
•Bo2 – Most of the new perks that were added were underwhelming at best
•Bo3 – They only added ONE new perk
•Bo4 – Not a fan of the UI
•Cold War – The maps didn’t have much character to them
•Exo – The mode as a whole lacked personality
•IW – The weapons damage dropped off really fast
•WW2 – Didn’t like the armor system
ItzAreeb
Lack of game modes. I wish BO3 had modes like Grief, Turned and more, only thing the game lacked imo.
DiscoCrows
I wish BO3 retroactively added weapon kits to the DLC weapons. BO4 and future games have had better QOL in terms of progression systems in that realm.

Unpopular opinion here, but I actually loved Outbreak on Cold War. It was the main reason I bought Cold War, that and it was on sale when I got it.
Back when WaW and BO1 zombies were the only things we had, I always said I wished they made an open world zombies similar to how they did it on Outbreak. It didn’t quite hit the mark but it was something. I guess MWZ might be closer to how I wished it was but I wouldn’t know because I don’t play it. I just don’t like the new gen Modern Warfare games.
But my biggest complaint with Outbreak was that it didn’t have a dedicated amount of effort put into the mode because I really think it would’ve made a huge wave for zombies if they didn’t introduce the Outbreak mode with reused assets from campaign and multiplayer. If Outbreak was introduced with Jimmy Zielinski/Jason Blundell style and effort then I think that Outbreak would’ve had a way better reception.

WAW-BO3 rocket launchers are trash unpap and pap

Half the maps in the game being sub par remakes. Yes my favorite zombies game is BO4, Chaos sweeps Dark Aether(coming from someone who actually liked CW’s story).

Black Ops 2 not having enough Casual Maps… all there really is are the green run survival maps and Nuketown Zombies
FromDvToZombies
Here’s my take on most of the games:
WaW: the Wunderwaffe juggernog glitch.
BO1: The Ascension monkeys.
BO2: PhD Flopper was teased twice, and then finally added to Origins without an actual physical perk machine.
AW: The EMZ’s + Infection survivor rescue rounds.
BO3: The Revelations ending.
IW: The Cryptids at the start of Beast From Beyond.
WW2: How The Tortured Path progressed over the span of 3 maps.
BO4: The altered perk system.
Cold War: MP scorestreaks being available in the zombies mode. Entering a chopper and blasting zombies from the sky takes away from my immersion. Honorable mentions: the exfil system + no proper voice lines (especially discussions between characters).
I haven’t personally played Vanguard or any of the MW reboots, so I can’t speak about them. But the community seems to dislike Vanguard in general.

Cold war: How easy the start rounds are. I don’t want waw start rounds, but I don’t want 14 round one knifes either

While BO2 is my favorite, I’ll admit that it’s 100% carried by the back end of the DLC cycle. TranZit, while a lot of fun with friends, is just dead awful solo, Nuketown, while it can be fun, is just meh, and not really worth the five bucks you pay for it, and Die Rise is my least favorite map through BO3. The one and only good thing about it is the wonder weapon. But then Mob is my favorite map, Buried is loaded and super fun and versatile, probably the best map to play with randoms or casuals, and Origins, along with story significance, might just be the map with the most worthwhile content.
