13th Gen RAM OC. SNT Small In Cache N63 instant error when testing my RAM OC profile with default CPU clock. When tested with CPU at 3.4GHz no more SNT instant error. However when default CPU is tested without RAM OC, there is no error so CPU itself is not issue. Where does this behavior point me?

FYI. I’m simply trying to get 7000MT to work, but its very instable without even having to run any test. Facing issues with browser, tabs go: AW SNAP! or whatever that error message says. Some apps just crash straight up and my game will throw anti cheat error. So I know ram is unstable
But I’m trying to figure out where would this particular error point me to? The scale on the right indicates this is more of a CPU test, would that the issue is the memory controller? Either way I know the ram is totally fine and the timings are as loose as can be, I’ve made my timings so loose you could probably beat me on aida with a tuned 4800 profile. Still no matter how loose I go I don’t gain stability.
I was able to get 6600MT stable by decreasing the randomly set 1.35 vccsa down to 1.28 as 1.35 was causing random freezing, and straight up shutdowns under light load such as browsing reddit or watching porn… Talk about a turn off.
