Oldest component I can think of is my joystick. A saitek st290 pro. Not sure when it was released, finding dates going back to 2004. I didn’t get it in ’04, probably 06 or 07 when I got ms flight sim x.
Wait no, I might have a contender. My yamaha receiver might be a bit older. Not sure when it was manufactured, was on the market in 02. I’ve only had it the past couple years. A nice compact 17″ wide, 6″ tall, 15″ deep and a svelte 21lbs. Still works and powers the speakers so can’t complain.

Not a accessory, but my VGN-N31S is still kicking hard. Was owned and bought from a bavarian man, now in my possession. Running since 17 years, it‘s a little older than me!

I “Ship of Theseus’ed” all the old bits out of my PC a few years ago so nothing there really. It’s not really in use now but we’re still hanging on to my girlfriend’s Pentium 4 era Fujitsu laptop from about 2003. I’ll have to dig it out and see if it still works.

Logitech G700 mouse. I love the ergonomics of it so much. And I’ve grown so accustomed to the 4 side buttons that I always miss them whenever I tried “upgrading”.
Had to replace the M1 switch on it but ended up borking one of the boards in my haste. Repaired it but it didnt last long so, but I was able to find a replacement board on ebay for like 25 clams.
