…but black was objectively better and on the 360? don’t get me wrong, it’s still ninja gaiden so it’s good, but black literally is the same game with more content. there was no hype for the ps3 version back in the day either, it was met with criticism for cutting things out and having performance issues.
Awesome games, but Sigma is the inferior version of the games in my opinion. Black and the original 2 are the best.
Still, I wouldn’t mind a replay with this collection.
I only ever played Black on the 360, I wonder if I should follow up and play the others at some point.

It baffles me that you wished for a 360 port of the PS3 ports of 360 games.
I remember the creator of this game was a controversial fellow always making controversial statements like how the women in Dead & Alive a game which he also created was his girls like a subtle way of saying they are his slaves and also he was huge xbox fanboy always praising the console while he shit on the playstation every time he gets interviewed. Hadn’t heard of him since he got fired apparently he got sued for sexual harassment from one of the employees in his company.
There was no hype, the sigma games were worse versions in almost every way
I somehow managed to beat the NES game back in the day as a kid the Gaiden series however, I could never beat.

Black is way better and playable on the 360
Man, they really need to bring the original 2 to Steam.
I 100 percent the ogs on xbox, before black and sigma changed things up. I still have the original copies of 1 and 2 in my closet. The original xbox release was very difficult and if you fucked up and ended saving after said fuck up then you either got good and beat alma in the church with no health or nimpo, or you reset the game and knew what to prep for. My buddy ended up resetting, i ended up bashing my head against the encounter till i finally beat her 2 months later, all i had was a talisman to revive me once. The og game was hard because it didnt optimize everything like black did and sigma was just booty imo.
