I had a key break on an mx mechanical which I use for work. Logi doesnt stock keycaps and cant provide a single replacement key.
I got a new keyboard and noticed the same thing, every key seems to have cracks in the housing for the stem.. I think most MX keys are a circle giving more support and stability. This was the point of failure on the keycap 13 months in.
I reached out to logi and they insist this is not a design flaw but a scratch. Every key has these random cracks through it that refract light the same way a crack in glass does.
Just curious your thoughts? I tried to have support escalate so they can improve their products but their product specialists insist these are just scratches…

How hard are you hammering them keys my boy
I spilled soda on my keyboard once, keyboard kept working fine. Some keys stopped working lime 6 months later and they sent me a replacement for free even knowing about the soda

Logitechs gaming version the g915 has the same problem but an even worse stem design. The plastic they use is just pure shit. My tip is to stop buying Logitech

My g213 has the B and G keys sometimes not registering
Why do people still buy Logitech? It’s bad quality, no spare parts, no user support, crappy software. The reliability of their products is long gone
Same cheap quality as I found with Corsair keycaps. I ended up getting a keychron keyboard and it’s crazy how much better the quality is.
