Did you install up to date GPU drivers?
You need to locate the box your graphics card came in because you’re going to need the serial number for the RMA.
Your GPU might be DOA. Try another game Try to run the game on integrated graphics and see if it still happens. You can try to update the drivers too.
I’d take out that graphics card and put it back it. My best guess is it’s not seated all the way.

Try things in this order
Update drivers
Reseat the GPU
Reseat your ram
Run DDU and try drivers again

do a clean install of both gpu and chipset driver.
run the full uninstall of ddu(make sure you have driver needed and dl first but not install)
after running both the ddu and clean install of drivers.
this still happens. then its a gpu issue.

Try a different game first. If the other games have the same issue…
Check and make sure you’re actually using the video card (also check and make sure bios isn’t doing something weird.)
Do a clean install of your video drivers. If that doesn’t work…
Hardware. Remove the video card, and put it back in, make sure it’s seated well. Make sure your video cable to your monitor is connected and seated snug. If you still have problems, try a different cable (dvi, dport, hdmi, try different ports on the card as well) if none of those work…
Try your old video card.
If that doesn’t work, exorcist.
This is crazy my GTX 1080ti also died not even an hour ago. Similar artifacting, then crash, then darkness. RIP.
