    For the time, yes. I would argue BO3 was peak and this coming from someone who has been playing since WAW, but that doesn’t detract from how special BO1 was.

    Zombies was never “horror”, it may have been scary when you were eight years old but it’s not really horror. The scary thing was always the atmosphere, BO1 Kino for example has excellent atmosphere and truly feels like abandoned building. I love CW but some of its maps were really lacking in that atmosphere.
