My last playthough, he got stuck behind a car that wouldn’t move. Conversation ended, I chose to go visit the cyberpsycho’s boss first. Hit “F” to skip the ride, hoping that’d get River’s truck unstuck. We popped up on a road headed out of Night City into the badlands. He parked in the middle of nowhere and sat there silently for five minutes. Then the truck took off and I was left standing out there.
Needless to say, that’s a serious red flag and the whole River & V romance thing did not happen.
