I recently upgraded from a 3900x to a 5800x.
I found my per-core CO values, slightly adjusted my RAM oc, lowered the signalling voltages / SOC and here I am – If my PC boots (Most of the time) it is fully stable, but some times when I try to start it I end up in the BIOS because drives arent recognized.
Some times when that happens, sligthly bumping up the SOC voltage fixes it – Other times it doesnt.

I am aware that the SOC is quite low, however I have not noticed any performance difference to having it higher so I think its fine?
Just now I encountered this issue again and tried various things, from bumping up SOC to 1.1V to bumping up the signalling voltages to 920mV – What ultimately got me to boot was lowering the ram / fclk by 1 step (so 3666 / 1833), but as mentioned prior, 3733 / 1866 has survived dozens of hours in Karhu and 3800 / 1900 even boots but will encounter a couple of errors which I didnt want to bother with.
Would anyone have a clue as to what is going on / what I could try to resolve this issue? Thanks!

This may be completely antidotal, but I’ve had similar issues and if I’m remembering correctly was able to solve it by playing with Drive Strengths, specifically CLK and CKE.
If I’m remembering correctly, mine were CLK at 20 and CKE at 30+ (maybe even up to 120) but take that worth a grain of salt.
