The only thing i would say: if the monitor is not oled then upgrade that TV to a huge LG C3 or so.
I would get a TKL keyboard at least in size, a better mouse and a better sound system (but i also have a 10 year old spund system 5.1 that bangs hard and i won’t change it)
Also if you are happy don’t change anything. I would already say 10/10
Get one of those stands for your controller and headset. I would say this is missing

Have you considered going desk mount instead of wall mount? I prefer it because it helps with cable management, and all the wires running up behind the monitor could be tied to that, keeping it clean.
