I’m using a phone which is 6.7 inch I can barely see opponents sometimes they’re infront of me but it’s not very clear
I randomly shoot things unless I can clearly see them it’s hard if you’re in legendary
You can’t shoot if you can’t see

Are there any settings which helps me look better??

lower the fov
You can find FOV settings, lower the number.
Lower the fov, change graphic settings.
Turn on anti aliasing and lowest fov a bit
I use my iPad, used to use my phone but it sucked
