I like the mp it’s fun and having maps that are built for this generation is nice. God mw2 2019 maps are only for that game. They were awful in mw3 3023.

The people complaining haven’t played CoD in years.
It’s fun, yes it stays largely the same but the few times they have made drastic changes the community hated it and they sold poorly. Why fix what isn’t broken? The only way I’d change CoD is have 1 release per console cycle. I’d actually spend money on skins if I knew they wouldn’t be useless in a year.

I use to love the COD franchise, I even played it on an Imac during the COD2 days. COD 4 was an amazing jump from 3, just like 2 was from one. After that they released World at War and I gave up when I realized it was going to be like FIFA where you were purchasing the same game with different names slapped on. I have no idea how its still so popular when they push a new one out every year that’s basically the same or does something another game did better years before it. I guess coming from the world of Counter Strike where you buy the new version every 4-10 years skewed my perception.
