No, just make good hero shooters. Overwatch has dominated the space for 8 years because nobody has made a decent hero shooter to compete with them. Marvel Rivals has a chance. Deadlock is a moba but it will for sure lure some away.

At least epic when it killed Paragon released all the assets of the game free to use. so everyone that wants to make a game can use them.

Battleborn deserved better. It felt unique and more like a moba than a hero shooter. Great character designs, fun gameplay, etc. The game needed some polish and a little TLC but it was catastrophically mishandled… just like Evolve. Both 2k games. Overwatch coming out at the same time was the thing that really massacred it though…
