Above double tap, going towards the electric trap, inside the zombie window, theres this flag chart on the wall… is this known about?

When no clipping, the window shutters stay loaded in.. from my knowledge, everything intractable or easter egg related is always rendered?!

What pattern are you talking about exactly? The rasters? The difference in colour?
The flag chart is a cipher that has been solved when the map first came out..
