I would start my painting some white accents along the wall so it doesn’t feel so claustrophobic

I was gonna suggest to paint your wall a neutral color, but I guess you can’t. Add some blinds to your window. I’m okay with the solid-colored mouse pad, the ones with designs and patterns are too busy. Maybe add a nice desk lamp or plant, or both.

I’d put the pc on the ground. It’s insanely large and takes up unnecessary space on your relatively small desk. Place some speakers there instead and maybe a plant or something
