Since those are caps, there’s a good chance it still works. They’re filtering devices that regulate voltage. The output at those points may still be stable enough for it to function normally. I would install it and give it a go.

What you have circled are capacitors I can’t tell if any have fallen off, but as long as they are all still firmly attached to the chip it will be fine..

If you can’t see OP’s yellow circle in the first image, try turning off Eye Comfort Shield and/or raising your brightness.
