it looks nice! i love how you can see some of your interests, but it’s not overwhelming either.
if you wanted, you could try
* mouse bungee
* bundling the cables from your switch/behind your switch and tucking them behind the back of the desk
* mounting the light controller (? I assume, the cable on the left coming from your monitor) on the back of your monitor so it’s hidden but still pressable
* maybe more light? it’s always hard to tell in a photo, but it looks like your main light is your monitor backlights (which look great), which might not be enough light to avoid eye strain, plus it’s harder to see some of your cool figures.
