2 years later I heard it almost has been canceled. Then trouble with writers, directors…then I saw the cast, hoped it was a joke. It wasn’t. And that was it for me, with that BL movie.

I don’t get how movie studios can fuck up a game adaptations without intentionally doing so. Seriously, you already have what all the characters look like, their personalities and setting already all done for you. Just need to create a story, which most games have one already and respect the source material. It takes special effort to screw it up.

Change Mario to Halo and it’s accurate; Mario was a really fun movie. . . Halo was a fucking travesty; all they had to do was make a live action version of the games or even something that ran parallel; but instead they tried to re-write canon and use shitty characters and stories to do it.
