I am not sure how much space you have on the left side of your desk, but I would put the PC there,so it wont block your right side that much. If that is not possible I would either buy a bigger desk or put it on the floor.

put WWW LED strip behind your desk and some light texture on the wall like fake vines or little shelves

Second monitor on that left empty space with some leds here and there.
