I really did win the silicon lottery with my 4090. Its a bone stock ASUS RoG Strix RTX 4090 OC.
Still has the original thermal paste and pads from the factory. Has never been disassembled or serviced.
Being able to hit 3075mhz on ambient air is pretty phenomenal. It will easily sit at 3090mhz in less gpu intensive games

Without seeing HWINFO64 showing a steady 1.1V while under a gpu load in real time you cannot trust that it is not clock stretching.
Nvidia sneaky changed the tick rate to keep GPU’s showing 2900-3Ghz clocks when they introduced the new 1.05V Vcore caps.
It was a stupid, sneaky, and frankly near illegal move.
Now, if you do truly have a 1.1V card, and can sustain 3Ghz+, welcome to the club. The air is fine up here!(☞ﾟヮﾟ)☞
