since i got the new thread
so weird thing. i bought a retail windows license from a shop. the product after activation showed it was OEM. the seller agreed to a return since it wasnt what i paid for.
question: can i keep the license since its tied to my motherboard now? can he do anything to deactivate it on my pc?
I’m new to pc gaming and have a 7800x3d/4090. Only played a few games but in terms of performance, is there anything I need to do to get max performance? Like enable? I’ve noticed games have settings for like low/mid/high settings. Am i expected to look for these settings in every game? Maybe there’s a global windows option for max performance? I don’t care about my fan speed or noise.
