Every community has people that share different views.
I like CW. I like the Dark Aether story and intel. I am excited for Terminus. I am disappointed by Liberty Falls. I don’t like the BO6 HUD. I don’t like ammo boxes. I don’t like loadout weapons. I am on the fence about weapon rarities. I haven’t pre-ordered the game. I do plan on buying the game on Black Friday or around Christmas. I don’t like gobblegums. I like CW’s maps.
According to some of the posts of this subreddit, it should be impossible for me to hold all of these viewpoints at once. This is not the case. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion.
fr, so many people framing it as “bo3 fans vs cw fans” when thats just not the case and you cant simplify it to “old experienced fans who know better vs new fans who only know slop and don’t know the _real_ franchise_” bc that really isnt the case

I think the best way is to actually look at the best aspects of each game rather than have a pissing competition and treat it like a team sport.
I love WAW-BO3 and I grew up on those games. Do I miss how zombies used to be? Yes. Did I love and enjoy Cold War? Yes. What helped me is stopping comparing anything post BO3 to the older games. They are two completely different worlds. Once I stopped comparing the two, I enjoyed the new games alot more (minus MWZ and Vanguard that shit will always be hot garbage).
Been playing the bo6 beta and having tons of fun. Stoked to see how the movement is in zombies! Still not a fan of the zombies HUD but whatever. Im going to give it all a fair chance

I mean, yeah, everyone’s opinion is going to differ slightly. But I don’t know how you can pretend that there aren’t two very distinct camps.
There’s a clear line, and most people find themselves on one side or the other. The sub is literally having a full-blown civil war right now. The community IS divided. It has been for years, and it’s coming to a head now.

Not just on here, go on YouTube, go to Facebook, go to Twitter. Is evident. Yes everyone can have different views and like different things but it’s fact there is a split. It’s better to laugh at it and go on with your day. It’s an endless argument
